Susan Brown

Susan Brown is currently the Senior Property Manager for Gregg Shimanski Realty, Inc. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and has been involved in Residential Property Management since 2002. Susan earned a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and a CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation that showcases her knowledge and skillset of the housing industry. She is responsible for overseeing the management and operations of Gregg Shimanski Realty, Inc.’s scattered site housing units. Susan is a Madison resident and in her free time enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her husband, children, and their Bernese Mountain Dog.
