Eastmorland Neighborhood
Eastmorland is situated on the East side near Lake Monona and Olbrich Park. Some of the homes in the neighborhood date back to the 1920’s! This very friendly and family-oriented neighborhood is known for its active community, well-kept parks and annual events. Whether you are hitting the Biergarten at Olbrich Gardens or taking in some of the festivities at the Garver Feed Mill, it is sure to be a fabulous and marvelous time.
Community Favorites
Many lawns are filled with native perennials and hearty gardens. The community is an active one with regular neighborhood gatherings and yearly festivals that have become a tradition for so many. The neighborhood is known for being conveniently located and minutes away from the city’s bike path and Lake Monona. Additionally, being dog friendly, peaceful, quiet and safe are just a few reasons that neighbors love the area.
