"Renting from you at 512 Femrite Dr. was a pleasure. It was very easy access to the beltline and interstate 90 in which I commuted to Edgerton each day for work. My neighbors were quiet and kind. There weren't any noise issues while renting for 25 months. Laundry was convenient and safe as the same with parking. The parking lot was well maintained once snowfall came. I did not have any issues with the apartment itself. The floor plan was perfect for me. I saved on my heating cost with having two separate thermostats. All the appliances worked like new as well.
